Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every Jewelry One of a KIND piece is handcrafted by survivor-artisans in our Miami studio — made to order, made to last. Each clasp, contour, and polish mark represents hours of fair-wage work and care. We stand behind that craftsmanship and want you to feel proud of what you wear.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds. We happily accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 15 days of delivery, as long as the jewelry is:

• Unworn and undamaged
• Returned in its original packaging

Each order directly funds survivor wages during production, so every exchange supports work already completed. Custom and sale pieces are final sale.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

To begin your return or exchange, email 📧 support@jewelryoneofakind.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Items must be received within 15 days of return authorization. Store credit is issued after inspection.

Repairs & Warranty

We offer free repairs within 6 months for manufacturing defects. After that, a small service fee applies for wear or resizing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or issue a full credit (including shipping).

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Every piece is made to order and supports survivor-artisans with fair wages. By avoiding refunds, we protect the integrity of that work while still offering flexibility through exchanges and store credit.
