Our Approach
Every Jewelry One of a KIND piece is handcrafted with intention in small batches. Because many pieces are made to order, production time happens before shipping time begins.
Shipping is the final step in our process — after your piece has been created, finished, inspected, and packed with care.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Made-to-order pieces: Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipment.
Shipping timelines begin after production is complete and your order has left our studio.
The shipping method selected at checkout applies only to transit time after your piece has been completed and dispatched.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Orders over $500 ship free. All shipments include tracking and insurance.

- Eco-conscious, plastic-free materials
- Recycled jewelry boxes and compostable mailers
- Reusable felt or cloth pouches
- Story cards included with select pieces
- Recyclable paper tape whenever possible
International Orders
We are not shipping internationally yet, but we are working on it. To join our international waitlist, email support@jewelryoneofakind.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email support@jewelryoneofakind.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
