Our Approach

We ship with the same care we create — intentionally, responsibly, and without rush. Each Jewelry One of a KIND piece is handcrafted to order by survivor-artisans in our Miami studio. Shipping isn’t just a transaction — it’s the final step in a fair-wage process that funds real work and human dignity.

Processing Times

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

Kind Standard (USPS Ground Advantage + EcoCart offset) 5–7 business days $10
Kind Priority (UPS Carbon Neutral) 2–3 business days $20
Kind Express (FedEx or DHL GoGreen) 1–2 business days $30

Orders over $500 ship free.
All shipments include insurance + tracking.

Packaging

  • Eco-conscious, plastic-free materials
  • Recycled jewelry boxes & compostable mailers
  • Reusable felt or cloth pouches (no cardboard storage — it accelerates tarnish)
  • Seed-paper story cards printed with soy inks
  • Water-activated recyclable paper tape

We consolidate shipments whenever possible to reduce waste.

Sustainability Commitment

We ship carbon-neutral through our logistics partners:

  • USPS Ground Advantage + EcoCart offsets each domestic shipment.
  • UPS Carbon Neutral and DHL GoGreen manage offsets for expedited orders.

All offsets are validated via Gold Standard and Natural Capital Partners, supporting reforestation and clean-energy projects. Our system automatically tracks emissions offset each quarter through the EcoCart dashboard, published in our annual Impact Report.

International Orders

We’re not shipping internationally yet — but we’re working on it through DHL GoGreen Express.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email support@jewelryoneofakind.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it and ensure you receive your piece or a full store credit.
