Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Our pricing reflects ethical materials and fair-wage labor. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Each piece is handcrafted to order. We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including orders placed with the same customer account, billing address, or shipping address. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to studio production or shipping carrier delays.

Each design is an original work of art, handcrafted and protected under copyright and design law. All site content — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is owned by Jewelry One of a KIND and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Personal Information & Survivor Privacy
Your submission of personal data through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Jewelry One of a KIND will never disclose identifying information about survivor-artisans or participants in our programs. All personal and production data is handled with confidentiality and respect.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy outlines eligibility for exchanges and store credit. Please review it before completing your purchase. Each return supports ethical production already funded through fair wages.
